David Koma offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all full-priced items, provided they are in their original condition with all security tags intact. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original designer packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in the original shipping box and ensure all original tags, hangers, and garment bags are included before securely sealing the package.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid DHL return shipping label provided with your order to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Schedule a Collection

  Book a complimentary courier collection through the DHL website or drop off your package at any authorized DHL service point to complete the process.
